Living Manic Depressive

The information is taken from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition, (DSM-IV), published by the American Psychiatric Association.
Personally, I think this information is confusing or vague and is not quite as useful as the signs of mania and depression I’ve noticed in myself. However, since this is the information used by psychiatrists to decide whether you are depressed or manic or bipolar, I’ve decided to include it.
